Steven K. Hall – Managing Partner

Steve serves on the firm’s investment committee and leads the strategic and operational activities with the portfolio companies.  Prior to forming EHF Capital, Steve was a Director of Conversus Capital, a Managing Director in Citigroup’s Alternative Investment division, and worked in the asset management and fixed income divisions of Goldman Sachs.  Steve spent the beginning part of his career in the logistics department of Vista Chemical.  Steve is very active in the Charlotte community as the Athletic Director of South Park football and as a member of the Board of Charlotte Ultimate, the Board of Ramblewood Soccer, and the Boosters Board of Charlotte Country Day school.  Steve is also the former Chairman of the External Advisory Board of the Chemical Engineering school at Georgia Tech where he now serves as a member.  He received a Masters in Business Administration in 1993 from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University and his Bachelor in Chemical Engineering in 1988 from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Kenneth R. Hall – Senior Partner

Prior to EHF, Ken spent 37 years with Chevron Texaco in a number of management and operational positions, most recently as Vice President Global Refining and Safety, Health and Environment and General Manager of the General Engineering Department.  Ken is a frequent volunteer with Habitat for Humanity and the Woodlands United Methodist Church.  He graduated with a Bachelor of Civil Engineering in 1964 from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

John C. Fennebresque, Jr. – Senior Partner

John serves on the firm’s investment committee and actively works on strategic initiatives with EHF’s portfolio companies.  He also leverages the resources and market knowledge assets from Fennebresque & Co. to advise EHF’s investment activities.  Prior to Fennebresque & Co., John was a partner with McColl Partners and worked in the investment banking divisions of Credit Suisse First Boston and Bank of America in New York.  He has served on the boards of several privately-held businesses in addition to multiple non-profit organizations.  John graduated in 2000 with a Masters in Business Administration with a concentration in finance from Columbia University in New York and in 1994 with a Bachelor of History from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
